The kind of morning that stretches out nicely. A bubble plush throw pulled close, a rope-knot cushion at your back, the lamp already on. That little double-neck vase on the side table with a few dried stems leaning out of it. Incense going. The painting catching the light. Some mornings just set themselves up right.
